The Parents Voice Association (PVA) was founded in 1984 by a group of 10 like-minded parents of individuals with disabilities. Keeping in mind the well-being of their children and the society at large, it was decided that an institution had to be established which would directly cater to the concerns of parents  registered with the PVA.
